  2. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

    All of Linuxvillage Inc.’s products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. Computer packages have a 2 weeks trail period with which an unsatified customer may return the product for a full refund. Except as expressly stated herein, Linuxvillage Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Linuxvillage Inc. arising from any product sold on the Linuxvillage.ca sites shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Linuxvillage Inc., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

    In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Linuxvillage Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

  5. Order Acceptance Policy

    Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Linuxvillage reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Linuxvillage Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, with confirmation from you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

  6. Sales Taxes

    Linuxvillage shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable federal goods and services tax (GST) for orders to be delivered to addresses within Canada, and the applicable provincial sales taxes (PST) for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ontario. ; Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other province, or country. Shipment to the US will not include GST or PST. Applicable customs and duties may apply.

  7. Service and Support

    Please note that in all and any cases, shipping costs to our store for warranty purposes must be paid for by the customer, returns to customer will be paid by us.

    Please note that all OEM products not sold in a system package are only warranted for DOA up to 7 days from date of received (unit is non-functional upon initial use). Most manufacturers will not honor warranty on OEM products (hard drives excluded).
